Day 56 of 365 - Painting with Light

A little light painting of a telephone pole behind the station. I have a another idea for a light painting photograph, but I wanted to practice a little bit first. This is 2 exposures, one for the stars and one for the foreground. The foreground was then painted with a 3 million candlepower spotlight.

Day 54 of 365 - Books

I love to read and I enjoy a good fantasy. I really enjoy Dave Barry and Ridley Pearsons Peter Pan books. I am a huge Peter Pan fan, but not Disney's Peter Pan. That is why I really enjoy these books. The pirates are ruthless, the natives are restless and they provide a great story about how Peter Pan originated. If you have never read them I suggest you give them a try starting with Peter and the Starcatchers.

By the way this was shot with the Lensbaby Composer.

Enjoy,
Chris

I have had my Lensbaby Composer out more often during this project. The Lensbaby system is fun and inspires creativity.

Day 51 of 365 - DVR

Another milestone, 50 days complete. Today's photograph is of our new DVR. We have had a DVR for several years now and the other day it died. We were without for few days, but it is amazing how dependent on this technology we have become. It changed the way we watch TV.

Day 50 of 365 - Friday Night Lights

I am a little late posting. I took the photograph this evening at the Meigs High School Football Game. Tonight was Alumni night and my wife was in the Alumni Band. Had a great time this evening.

Enjoy,
